Job Overview:
The Family Engagement Worker assists young moms and dads in their development of positive parenting skills to foster healthy parent-child relationships. Through home visits and community outreach, participants are supported to make healthy choices and develop their capacity to effectively meet the needs of their children.
Job Conditions:
This is a full-time (35 hours/week) with flexible hours to work 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and some evenings and occasional weekends based on the needs of families and staff and to support day/evening programming. This is a temporary full-time position with an end date of September 1, 2023 (possibility of extension). The position will be working out of the Terra main office located at 10320-146 Street.

This is a temporary full-time position with an end date of September 1, 2023 (possibility of extension).
Salary: The salary range for the position end September 1, 2023 is $22,425– $24,375/year.
