Since 1971 Terra has evolved from an agency primarily supporting teen parents completing high school education to now providing many programs and services such as housing, childcare, services for young dads, in home support and more with the continued focus on improving the well being of parent and child. Thousands of alumni and their children share in our rich Terra history.

Teen parents are an incredibly resilient population and Terra is immensely proud of the positive outcomes that young parents and their children have achieved over the last 49 years. In 2021 it is the 50th Anniversary of Terra and we are looking forward to celebrating and acknowledging them as well the many achievements of the agency.
We have much to celebrate and are seeking a creative, resourceful, energetic individual with excellent planning, organizational and writing skills to help us plan an amazing year of celebration activities. This is an opportunity to contribute and help good ideas come to life!
Reporting to the Executive Director, you will responsible for planning, organizing and writing stories of alumni and the impact of the work Terra has had on the community.
This is a part time position working 20 hours/week from September to December 2020 with the possibility of renewal. The position is based out of the downtown office located at 9930-106 Street.
